Natan Wise
With a background in high-growth startups and digital health, Natan was thrilled when his childhood friend Rocky approached him about the vision that would eventually turn into Conduit Health. Natan has come to love coordinating directly with elderly patients to take away their biggest and most unnecessary headaches.
Rocky Seftel
With a Masters in Public Health and 7 years experience building software to enable aging in place, Rocky saw firsthand how Medicaid patients are set up for failure when it comes to their HME. Rocky relishes in bringing together disparate stakeholders via intuitive technology.
